a generally fine stay
wonderful service varied breakfast great location impractical bathroom stiff door weak wi-fi
the staff offered wonderful service. they helped me with everything with patience and a smile. the breakfast was varied and good. i found the location great.
The bathroom was not practical. the door to the room was stiff and misaligned! it would have to slam to shut properly. Very loud. the absence of window in the room, this wasn't stipulated in the reservation. the wi-fi connection was not very strong.

wifi issues small room
the hotel had a good location, near tourist spots.
wifi wasnt working in the room and the staff didn't fix it. the room felt really small for two people. the bathroom door made so much noise, i had to get it fixed late at night.

quiet street dreamy bed tasty choices helpful staff
The location is superb. A quiet street close to the lake and not too busy. The staff are fantastic and super helpful. I stayed in a great terrace suite. The bed was dreamy (I slept so well!). The breakfast buffet had many tasty choices.

The breakfast buffet has a diverse range of options, including both local dishes and Western favorites. The rooftop bar provides an ideal setting for evening drinks, and the service is prompt. I especially enjoyed the pho.

Staff greeted me warmly upon arrival and also helped with luggage. The reception staff arranged a trip to Ha Long Bay, and it went very smoothly. The team always seemed eager to assist in any way possible.

The hotel is situated in the center of the town near the main attractions. Walking to Hoan Kiem Lake took only a few minutes. Several restaurants and shops are very close to the hotel.

The terrace suite had ample space and included a seating area. Daily cleaning kept the room fresh, and the bed was very comfortable. I found the air conditioning worked efficiently, too.

unappetizing pastries limited breakfast
i was somewhat disappointed . the air conditioning did not work properly. it struggled to cool the room, even at the lowest setting, a problem. the breakfast selection was quite limited, especially for anyone wanting western options. i found THE pastries rather stale and unappetizing. there was a distinct lack of variety.

The breakfast selection REALLY impressed me. I mean, there were so many options. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help, especially in the lobby. This. I found everyone attentive.
My room's bathroom felt a bit small and just not super functional to me. I also noticed the room door was kinda STIFF. I had to slam it to close it properly. IT was just too loud!
